Go-To Smoothie

I love this smoothie because it is filled with fiber, protein, healthy fats and it's low in sugar. Also contains acai, so NO brainer!!

Go-To Smoothie

1 cup nut milk (my favs are MALK and Marlin Living Foods - if you're in the Bay Area)

1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen

1 generous spoonful Cashew Butter (I love Artisana Organics)

1 T chia seeds

1 packet unsweetened acai

3/4 cup frozen strawberries

For a sweeter smoothie, add banana
